Tourism and cultural heritage projects

Our popular Strideguides are self-guided audio walks around towns, bringing history and architecture alive for a new audience via mobile technologies.
Our community-based web resources have helped local people come together to upload their own heritage content, helping to reinforce a sense of community.
For our DIY trail builder, see Botanic Garden and Mill Road Cemetery websites.

South Hatfield Stories from the Ground

This exciting project involved working with a primary school in the deprived area of South Hatfield to improve community cohesion and their understanding of the local environment. We researched and produced a StrideGuide audio walk around the neighbourhood, highlighting places and stories of interest, with a printed map, interpretation boards and an associated web resource.
